Gary Laieski brings over two decades of executive leadership across financial services — serving as CIO, CTO, and CISO at institutions ranging from $5.5B to $170B in assets. He has managed teams of up to 600, budgets exceeding $50M, and delivered $35M+ in documented transformation savings across some of the most regulated environments in the industry.
He founded ALI Consulting on a straightforward premise: most organizations already know what needs to be done. What they need is someone willing to cut through the politics, own the outcome, and drive it to completion. That's how Gary has operated his entire career — and it's how ALI operates today.
His team works with extreme urgency. Not fast — urgent. When something needs an answer, they don't schedule a meeting for next week. They get it. Accountability is absolute, excuses are not acceptable, and client success is the only metric that matters.
