ALI Consulting is a US-based firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Our senior team is distributed across the United States, the United Kingdom, and India — by design, not by accident.
This structure exists because the work demands it. Critical programs don't pause when one time zone goes home. Executive decisions need senior voices in the room when the room is in London, in Mumbai, or in Phoenix. Our distributed model means clients get continuous senior engagement and faster turnaround on high-stakes work — without the overhead of multinational offices baked into the bill.
Phoenix, Arizona is home to our legal entity, executive team, and primary client engagement leadership. All US contracts, billing, and compliance run through our Phoenix headquarters. Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time-zone coverage.
Team members in the UK extend our reach across European business hours and provide deep familiarity with EMEA market dynamics, regulatory environments, and executive decision-making patterns. Strong overlap with both US morning hours and APAC afternoon hours.
Team members in India enable continuous progress on time-critical programs, deep technical capability across enterprise platforms, and meaningful overlap with both UK working hours and US evening hours. The third leg of our follow-the-sun delivery model.

Founder & Managing Principal, ALI Consulting
Gary Laieski brings over two decades of executive leadership across financial services — serving as CIO, CTO, and CISO at institutions ranging from $5.5B to $170B in assets. He has managed teams of up to 600, budgets exceeding $50M, and delivered $35M+ in documented transformation savings across some of the most regulated environments in the industry.
He founded ALI Consulting on a straightforward premise: most organizations already know what needs to be done. What they need is someone willing to cut through the politics, own the outcome, and drive it to completion. That's how Gary has operated his entire career — and it's how ALI operates today.
His team works with extreme urgency. Not fast — urgent. When something needs an answer, they don't schedule a meeting for next week. They get it. Accountability is absolute, excuses are not acceptable, and client success is the only metric that matters.
